Service Level Agreement

KBVO provides the following service level agreement for all work undertaken, to ensure the quality of service provided.

  • Each client is provided with a unique telephone and fax number (when required) to use.
  • Out -of-Hours Voicemail is personalised to suit the client.
  • Clients are provided with the names of their PAs and always have immediate access to them.
  • Messages are relayed immediately by sms or email and also summarised at the end of each day by email.
  • Every message received is recorded and can be retrieved by you as an individual message, by day, week, month  etc..
  • Individual messages that are required from a previous date can be located immediately by the PAs for the client, providing name, date, telephone number and message detail.
  • PAs are available between 08:30hrs to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday and 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs Saturdays


  • You are assigned named PA’s. You are able to call, email or fax your PA’s with  information or updates on your movements, business changes etc. There is no charge for contacting your  PA’s and we encourage contact as this builds up the relationship between yourself and your new team  members.
  • The minimum period for signing up with a KBVO package is 3 months. From the second month there  is only a one month notice period. There is no twelve month contract.
  • You can add any of our other services when required or include them from the start of your service.
  • Every message you receive from KBVO is valuable. We do everything possible to ensure we capture the information you require from each call. If you prefer not to receive sales type calls/enquiries we can  screen them out to maximise your message allowance.
  • Each package has a set amount of messages which are included in the package cost. There are no hidden  charges for sending messages immediately to your mobile, email or fax. There are no additional charges for sending a daily summary to your email or fax at the end of the day. If you go over your inclusive messages then you simply pay a charge per message above the inclusive amount.
  • Every package we offer has the same service level. This is important as you can change your package each month to suit your business requirements.
  • KBVO monitors your monthly package to ensure that you are constantly on the best package. If we  establish that you would benefit from changing to a higher or lower package we will let you know. You can then decide if this would be best for you depending on your future work load.
