You are assigned experienced PAs from day one. Your PAs become part of your team and ensure your callers receive the right
first impression, dealing courteously and politely with each enquiry. Your PA’s will know you, your movements, your business and
even your regular callers. You in turn will know your PA’s not just by name but as real people because you can call and talk to them
during any working day. You can update them, tell them about expected and urgent calls, or simply to get to know them better. This
type of contact gives trust and confidence and gives you total confidence in your PAs abilities. As your PAs work together in the
same office you can visit your PAs in person and will be made most welcome with a nice cup of tea or coffee and....
maybe even a biscuit!
