Our client was in a situation where all their sales team were field based. Inbound enquiries and general calls were being missed due to the lack of a central base/office.
The client required a central base to channel enquiries without employing staff or paying for premises. KBVOs personalised service meant that the PA’s gained knowledge of the company and staff, including their roles and locations. When enquiries are received they are sent immediately to the specific sales person to action. Each sales person has their own unique telephone & fax number which are diverted to their KBVO personal assistants. Messages are sent direct to their mobile phones while any faxes are received on softcopy and sent to their email accounts. At the end of each day the Client is able to receive a full summary of everyones calls which allows a follow up when required by the client to find out how opportunities are developing.
The solution not only gave control back to the client but allowed structure to develop within the company which focused each member of staff to ensure their roles were functioning to the maximum capability. No additional staff or premises were required although the client believes to have gained new members to his team who really care and understand what he requires for his business to succeed.
