If you are able to take most of your incoming calls but need your Kendlebell Personal Assistant to occasionally take your "overflow" calls, or if you need to be out of the office for short periods, this package gives you all the benefits of the Kendlebell service at a low cost monthly charge. Businesses which use this type of service are mostly new start ups who are unsure what volume of calls will be generated and therefore can start at the lowest package and increase as the volume of messages increase.

Support is provided to manage inbound calls to ensure that the business does not stop just to answer phone calls. All messages are prioritised so that urgent information and new opportunities are dealt with immediately and other calls which can be managed throughout the day are managed efficiently. Message volumes of 285 and above per month would require this type of package.
