You and your PAs have access to your own online diary where you can view and update when required

Have your appointments managed for you by your own PAs. This allows you and your team to get on with your core business without the distraction of appointment management. Each new appointment or change to an appointment is sent to you immediately by sms or email. You can also have access to your online diary to input appointments you have made yourself. As the management of your online diary is in real time there is never a chance of double bookings being made. If you have a situation where you need to book an appointment but have no access to a PC, simply call your PAs and they will action this for you.
