When you want to advise callers that your business has a special announcement, changed address or contact details etc. you can run an automated information line which will run constantly. This line would be chosen over our voicemail service when you do not want your callers to leave any message after your announcement has ended. You can place your message by yourself or you can ask one of our PAs to do this for you. You would just need to provide the script.

If you need to run this line on its own and you do not require any other service your minimum sign-up period is 12 months (£120.00+VAT).
