We can patch the most urgent calls through to your land line or mobile should you want us to. Kendlebell will use its discretion in providing this service to minimise the cost to our clients. There is a monthly charge of £10+VAT plus the following costs per patched call: £0.95 to UK land lines, £1.95 to mobiles. All patched calls will be recorded as a message and logged on your end of day summary.

Regular Call Patching.

If you would like us to patch through most of your calls we can offer better value with this option. Regular Call Patching users will pay £30+VAT per month in return for 30 patched calls with any additional patched calls costing just £1.00 whether they are to UK land lines, or UK mobiles. All patched calls will be recorded as a message and logged on your end of day summary.
