Do you require to manage departments of one business or have more than one business that needs telephone answering support? You now have the ability to add totally separate business telephone lines which are answered as separate departments / businesses without having to pay for their own individual packages.
If you have more that one business then you can easily set up your service to answer each business separately. You simply choose a package which suits the total volume of messages you expect to receive over all businesses.
To Set Up:
Advise how many additional business lines you need ( 1 or more) Each additional business line is only on a one months notice period Each business receives their own messages and end of day summaries At the end of the month your invoice will detail the individual businesses and how many messages each one usedThe total amount of messages from all businesses are combined and are set against your chosen package
Additional lines can be added to any KBVO package at any time.
