Do you require to manage departments of one business or have more than one business that needs telephone answering support? You now have the ability to add totally separate business telephone lines which are answered as separate departments / businesses without having to pay for individual packages.
 
If you have more that one business then you can easily set up your service to answer each business separately. You simply choose a package which suits the total volume of messages you expect to receive over all businesses.
 
To Set Up:
 
Advise how many additional business lines you need ( 1 or more)
Add more lines at any time
Each additional business line is only on a one months notice period
Each business receives their own messages and end of day summaries
The total amount of messages from all businesses are combined and are set against your chosen package 

Additional lines can be added to any Kendlebell package.

At the end of each day you also receive a message summary by email.


Your PAs main hours are 08:30hrs  to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday. Out with these hours you have a personalised voicemail or you can choose live 24 / 7 cover. Voice Messages are collected each morning and again passed directly to you as a transcribed message. Your PAs will be both experienced and knowledgeable about your business, allowing your company to retain a personal and professional image.

You can speak with your assigned PAs at any time during office hours. You can choose your own prestigious UK business office address from our extensive list, we have available a choice of addresses for cities and towns all round the UK. In addition, we provide each client with an exclusive telephone number and will provide additional business telephone lines where requested. Our professional personal telephone answering service is part of our virtual office services and this professional and personal approach is applied to all of the services we offer.

As every client is allocated 2-3 PAs as part of our unique service, they are able to get to know not only your business but also your customers, creating a more personal and friendly experience whenever they call up, therefore a professional image and giving the impression that they are speaking to one of your own staff. Your customers will be able to speak to the same friendly, professional and knowledgeable person every time they call. If necessary, we can forward calls onto a nominated number when requested.

As an additional part of our service we monitor the number of calls you receive, what time of day the calls arrive, and the duration of each call and report this back to you for your information.
