This business was expanding but needed to keep the costs to a minimum. A growth plan of going from one office to four within 18 months was the target.

The client met and discussed with Kendlebell and decided the plan was to support each new office by using Kendlebell named personal assistants. The personal service allowed each team to work together on ensuring that every new business opportunity was captured. Customer service remained as high as when the client had just one office. As with every client of Kendlebell the assigned personal assistants gained knowledge of the business and started to take survey instructions and various other call details which saved the staff at each office additional work load when call volumes peaked each day. This also ensured that when new business presented itself the client never missed the opportunity.

This solution not only assisted in allowing the client to meet their growth target but allowed the client to further grow in various departments at minimal cost. A usual volume of overflow messages which Kendlebell PA’s capture (survey instructions etc.) is approximately 300 per month. Messages which the business can’t afford to miss but would have if the solution wasn’t put in place.
