We support our clients by answering their inbound overflow calls and also perform an outbound service for them but have never promoted it to anyone else. Due to the importance our clients are now giving this part of our service, I want to promote it further.

Businesses are generally too busy to make calls to their existing clients. I guess just too busy winning new business and dealing with day to day issues.

Outbound Calling is just as important as answering all your inbound calls. Its easier to keep and sell to your existing clients than it is to find new ones!

Don’t let your clients think you have forgotten about them.

·         Email and letters make an impact but what happens when this is also followed up with a call to ask your clients how they are doing and at the same time ask if there is anything else you can do for them?

·         Do you need to clean up your database? Make sure you target the correct clients and businesses?

·         Do you have a need to make a friendly push for an account to be paid? One call usually does it.  

·         Need campaign feedback from new and existing clients? What was good and what needs to be better?

·         Find out what your clients think about you. All feedback is good feedback! Improve your customer service and gain greater loyalty by reacting to their feedback!

·         There are many reasons you should call your clients BUT YOU JUST DON’T HAVE THE TIME. When you do call your clients you usually have to do so at least 3-4 times before you get a hold of them so let us do this instead and save you time which allows you to continue to grow your business.
