KBVO have now included a personalised voicemail service with all answering service packages. This service is sold separately at £15 per month.

You can now offer 24/7 cover at no extra cost by personalising your voicemail and if you require we can add in a specific contact number on your vicemail for emergency or important calls. You will have access to your voicemail at all times as we email you immediately when a voicemail is left. Your PA's can also check your voicemail every mornng (Monday to Friday) to ensure that every message has been retrieved.
