KBVO welcome free trials as you can experience our personalised services without the pressure of signing up first.

Q2: How do Answering Services receive and answer calls?

As KBVO assigns 3 named PA's they are ready to receive multiple calls simultaneously for your business. KBVO's unique software identifies when your calls have been diverted through to your personal assistants and therefore allows your calls to be answered in your company name.

Q3: What hours are covered by the Answering Service?

KBVO is part of your team and therefore must be perceived as this by your callers. Your Personal Assistants cover 08:30hrs to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday with your personalised voicemail during out of hours. Weekends can also be covered between 10AM & 4PM Saturday & Sunday. 24/7 can also be set up if you require this service

Q4: Who will actually answer your calls? Anyone… or specific people who know and understand my requirements?

KBVO assigns three named Personal Assistants to each client. Your PAs will learn about your business, employees names and movements. Our aim is to become part of your team. This means that regular callers will see them as members of your staff and new callers/potential customers will receive a personal? service every time they call.

Q5: How do the your PA’s know which business is being called?

KBVO has embraced the very latest in new technology and by designing an easy-to-use telephone system it immediately identifies where the call is coming from and which company the call is for. This allows the personal assistant to give out helpful information or answer general enquiries and be seen as part of the team.

Q6: Can I still use my own business telephone number even though you are diverting it to the personal answering service?

Yes you can. All you would do is divert your own local number to the unique phone number allocated by KBVO. This way if you are a local company no-one will ever know that you have diverted your calls. You can also use your KBVO assigned number for all your calls and place this number onto your stationary or web page etc..

Q7: How do you divert your calls?

You can divert your calls as follows:

A) Divert when your line is engaged.

B) Divert when unanswered after 15 seconds.

C) Divert all calls.

We would recommend that you would use diverts A & B at the same time. This would mean that every call would be answered and never have an engaged tone. When there is no-one in the office you can switch on divert C which then directs all calls to your PA’s.

Q8: Can you supply National, Free &/or Local rate phone numbers?

At KBVO we provide a free 0844 number for you to use either directly or as a number to divert your overflow calls to. We also provide 0800 numbers at £12.50 +VAT per month which includes 120 free minutes & 0845 numbers for £7.50+VAT per month which includes 250 free minutes of inbound calls. You can divert as many telephones as you want to your assigned number.

When you choose KBVO you sign-up for a minimum period of 3 months then automatically transfer to a monthly notice period. This ensures that you are in control and also ensures that we continually provide a first class service.

KBVO sends your messages immediately via email, fax or SMS text to the specific person in your company.

Q13: Can you supply an end of day message summary which details all messages taken on that particular day?

KBVO actions this type of service for all clients. The daily summary is sent via email or fax which allows the client to see all the days messages in one go. This also allows the client to see who else in the team received messages. Each client can even call in at any time and speak to their PA's to retrieve this information.

This also allows you to see who else in the team received messages. Each client can even call in at any time and speak to their PA's to retrieve this information.

Yes, KBVO can set up telephone lines with voiceboxes which allow special announcements to be played for whatever reasons (Information lines, Change of business ownership/number/address etc..)
